Private/Cash Pay

I understand that there needs to be a minimum of 3 participants signed up for a particular class for it to take place. If there are less than 3 signed up I will be asked to wait until more participants join.

I understand that these classes are, first and foremost, to provide a fun opportunity for those participating. They are designed with the special needs community in mind and we are not working towards mastering a craft or looking for perfection. I agree to allow my child to express themselves how they want to express themselves and will refrain from expecting them to do things the way I would do them.

I understand that obtaining payment from CVRC/SDP is my responsibility and will contact them immedatiately to process payment. I also understand that if they fail to pay, the fees are my responsibility and must be paid by me.

I understand that fees (if paying privately) are due by the 5th of the month and will incur a late fee of $25 if they are not paid on time. Please contact us to make arrangements to pay.

I will print and fill out/sign the registration form (below) and either email it to Limitless at info@limitlessabilities.org or bring it on the first day of class. Without it, my child will not be able to participate.
