Art provides an avenue for communication and self expression. It reduces stress and anxiety, especially for those who have disabilities. It provides sensory regulation, social skills, motor skills, and is great for building self-esteem. Art is a great benefit to those with and without special needs. At the end of our semester, we put on a Limitless Showcase to show friends and family all the students have learned.
Beginning Art: This is a time for participants, ages 10 and up, to explore and create in a way that is meaningful to them. Different mediums of art will be explored in this hour long, beginning class. Each month we will create a variety of pieces. At the end of the semester you will have a wide array of art pieces to enter into an art showcase. Cost is $300/month and includes all supplies.
Free Create/Advanced Art: If your student, ages 10 and up, enjoys creating or drawing whatever is their heart's desire, this class is for them. We will supply all the materials, they supply the creativity. This is a free time to do whatever it is they enjoy doing. This is also a time to work on special pieces you'd like to sell or display. Cost is $300/month and includes all supplies
Create & Play: This is an hour long class for ages kids 5-10 years who may struggle with a more rigid classroom routine. If your child struggles with sitting for at least 30 minutes at a time, this would be the class for them. In this class your child will be able to explore arts and crafts plus music time while they run around and play. This class is taught by Miss Rylie and Miss Sarah. Cost is $300/month and includes all supplies and snack.
